Karl, Richard and the team at H Mitchell's have been very friendly and helpful during the whole car buying process. Karl was happy to answer any questions about the car after the test drive. The car was fully serviced with a new MOT carried out as part of the sales preparation. Thank you to Richard for helping to solve an after sales issue we had, I would highly recommend H Mitchell's when looking to buy your next car.

I was happy with the service at H Mitchell Car Sales because the team made me feel comfortable and I was not pressured into making a decision. As a salesperson, of course it's your job to put on a smiley face and be friendly to the customers. Yet It felt different in a way that I can only describe as a good human connection.
So helpful without any of the usual high pressure sales pitch. Really relaxing and enjoyable experience buying our new car, especially as we weren't intending to purchase that day. We will definitely be back when we're ready to change.
