Fantastic customer service from start to finish. We were sent a comprehensive video of the car and additional photos. Professional conversations over the phone with Adam and he was quick to follow up. Very pleased with the package offered, including delivery. Regular contact and updates prior to receiving the car. Handover was quick but thorough, we felt that Adam was friendly and professional. The car is great and exactly as viewed in the video. We were aware of any imperfections well in advance. Would definitely highly recommend.
Quick, easy communication and straightforward buying process, they're flexible in booking appointments or addressing certain issues like changing the insurance package that comes with the car. We got our Honda Jazz for a decent price a couple of months ago, very pleased, no issues with it so far, only had to take it in for a recall but that was dealt with at the manufacturer's cost, no problems.
Bought a vauxhall zafira from Adam a few weeks ago, really nice and tidy car for a good price. Had a minor issue with the car so called Adam he said to bring the car in the next morning and it was fixed that afternoon at no cost of ours due to us having a 3 month warranty. Would definitely recommend to anybody looking to buy a car 👍😊
