Dewsbury Cars Executive Taxi (DC)

Excellent service from Thornhill to Leeds. Driver arrived at pick up 10 minutes early so I had no worries about being late for hospital appointment. The car was very clean and well looked after. When I phoned the firm again to pick up at Leeds hospital I was told the car would be there in about 30 minutes however with it being school run time there was a few minutes delay but I was informed about this via text from the owner of the firm. I had the same driver who dropped off at the hospital.The driver was very friendly and apologised for the delay, the journey both ways was a pleasant and steady journey. I very rarely use taxis but I will definitely use this firm every time I need a taxi highly recommended and definitely worth five stars.

My first ever review as my experience from start to the end was an exceptional experience. I was nervous about the taxi being on time as we had a flight to catch, the operator on the phone reassured me and the driver was prompt. The driver (Naseem) was friendly, welcoming and professional. He was also helpful with our luggage. I booked them for the return journey as well and found them 100% reliable. It was easy and clear to communicate with them at all times. Had a taxi ordered, it didn't show up. Called them 5 times and eventually had to cancel and use alternate means. Was given almost every excuse available as to why the driver didn't turn up at the requested time. Got called nearly 30 minutes late - "I'm outside". Next time I will take the bus, it's not as nice as a car but at least they're more reliable than Dewsbury Cars.

I ordered the taxi for 6am, as my son had surgery that day, so I was worried that it may turn up late, as other taxis had. The taxi turned up on time, the car was clean and tidy and the driver was pleasant and polite. We got to the hospital in plenty of time. I will definitely use Dewsbury Cars again and I recommend them to anyone wanting to book a taxi.

I ordered the taxi at very short notice one evening to collect a colleague at 6am the next day to catch a train, so was very relieved to receive text message confirmation from the driver that all had gone according to plan.
