Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Dewsbury

Staff were consistently friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I interacted with three team members in total, and each one provided excellent service. On my initial visit, I had a booking query that was quickly and helpfully resolved. When I came to collect the vehicle, I was pre-checked in, and the process was smooth and efficient. All extras and the excess were explained clearly and respectfully. The whole team were a pleasure to deal with.

Regularly hire cars from here, the customer service is impeccable, the cars are always very good and reliable and the service quality is always excellent, quick turnaround each and every time. Once hired from Bradford store and didn’t receive much of a welcome, thank you or anything whereas dewsbury store are second to none, the best! Thanks guys, merry Christmas and see you again in 2026

I did booking for 1 week for going out with family and i booked SUV big car when I went to pick up they give me nisan juke and i told them this is to small for me can you give me bigger car plz but that guy i thinking mohamed who looked after me all time he says they don't have any bigger car all gone i sayd ok i try for a day and then i see next day i come to change the car they have few big car i told them give me 1 off them he sayd ill be £10.extra for day i agreed to pay £10 extra then manager (English guy ) and branch manager (asian guy short with beard) they say i cant give you now i can give you tomorrow i told them im going london 6am in morning you are not going to be open just give me car now then its easier for me to set off but instead of help me them both start arguing with me and threaten me to take key off me ext i left that place and back home i did not use that car only use for local runners round i have to cancel my holiday and we stayed home My kids looking forward to go out as family and them to idiots ruined everything for me and my family hopfully i never usedewsbury enterprise again iff them 2 inside the office iff i can give 0 star i love to do so never had any problem before every time Asian lad Muhammad i think his name looks after me thanks to hime keep it up bro dont be like them 2 idiots plz

I was having a really bad day, my car had been bumped and I needed a car to get me to Cornwall from W Yorkshire. Hussain arranged the car for me and the service I received was second to none. Hussain asked me how I was after the incident and helped me with the rental as he knew I was feeling nervous. He showed me around the car and made sure I was ok. I had a lovely journey down to Cornwall and just want to thank Hussain at the Dewsbury branch for a great human experience. The little things really do make a difference. Thank you

I wish I didn’t have to write this but here we go: this business has fraudulently taken £700 out of my account without cause and has not returned it for over a month despite telling me in writing that they should not have taken the money and my insurance company pursuing them. They rented me a fine car, then told me a couple days later they had to “swap it out” as the car I was driving had to be sold. My hat had been totaled outside my home while parked. This was a vehicle provided through insurance. They dropped me off a damaged car at my home when I had the flu. They never disclosed the damage. Immediately upon approaching the vehicle the next day to drive it I saw that the car had clearly been side swiped n the passenger side (which was facing the sidewalk when they parked it). There was also other damage that had rusted over. I photographed the damage and contacted them. I was reassured they had noted that this was a previous incident and that they were aware. When I dropped off the car after use they took 15 minutes checking the car over (same guy who dropped it off). All good. He acknowledged the damage was from another driver. This was in September 2024. In January 2025 they, without notice to my insurance company, took £700 out of my account. After all the legal processes had been finalized. After many calls I had them state in writing that this was not my fault and they would return the money. Two weeks went by, then another, now week four. They are not responding to my emails. Be very careful! *they have now written back under this review with a link. I’m already in contact with them. It is for them to respond to me, which they have not. I don’t need a link, I need my money back.
