The lad that came out had a right job on his hands taking my vehicle. I was paid there and then as soon as he came. Brilliant service and would highly recommend to anyone wanting to scrap their car. Thank you Autowell motors and the man that took my car. He deserves a pay rise!
Brilliant service, came exactly when agreed and took away my old C3, very polite driver. I was a little confused about the payment, but received good responses. Sorry for messaging so much. Got payment exactly when he said I would and straight to my bank account. I highly recommend these guys.
Really good service from the gentleman that collected car today. He had to jump start it and do extra work to get it out as I have an awkward drive. He was really friendly and helpful with all aspects! So thank you to him! Update: payment was showing on my bank the next morning. Fab service
Absolutely unbelievable. The sheer arrogance and laziness here is next-level. Every second dealing with them felt like a punishment — zero respect, zero effort, zero clue. They make you feel like you’re the problem for expecting basic service. I’ve never wasted my time so badly in my life. Utter disgrace Minimum wage, Minimum work academy.
I bought a drivers side window motor and got sent a passenger side motor, tried to message on eBay but no reply, also tried all 3 phone numbers and all not in service, going to be going through eBay to try and resolve this, very frustrating, AVOID this company at all costs
