I purchased goods from Ebay on January 10, 2024. Due to Fedex's fault, the goods were not delivered. The store refunded my money immediately. Full professionalism. I am full of admiration and appreciation! Thank you and sorry for the inconvenience.

I have used PTC for many years,ever since they were in Battey Still. Always friendly and helpful, if they haven't got it they'll get it for you,and always good value. Highly recommended.
