I will never buy from a company that uses D4U delivery again. Awful, awful company. They delivered, brought it to the door and wouldn’t help the bed up the stair case as they were supposed to, as there was a tight spot. They said they had a 10 minute window to deliver. We took down a banister ourselves which took about 1 minute, leaving them plenty of space and time in their window to finish their job. I signed the papers as they led me to believe they would finish the job. Then they retreated, shouted excuses at me and quickly drove away from our property. We ourselves had to do all the heavy lifting which we paid them for, see attached photo. Lazy, and terrible customer service.

had text to confirm delivey .text YES back and had "There has been a problem confirming your delivery date contact us for your delivey options." As it was sunday NO-One available.tried resending text still ha same reply 3 times.Went on their web site ,delivery booked but still no conformation.Now waiting to see if my parcel arrives.

Avoid using this delivery company at all cost! First delivery didn’t show up due to driver being sick. After a no show i finally got a reply to my text saying they were not coming. Rescheduled for the following week and they decided to show up at 10.45pm . The delivery driver alongside a very young boy were extremely rude and made me feel it was my fault. Dumped my bed in the hall as they said the boxes were too heavy. Appalling service from start to finish.

Took over a week to deliver my beds and then the delivery driver conned me out of 60 pound to assemble beds which came already assembled. Also smelt badly of BO and had a young looking "16 year old" as one of the delivery drivers

Bang on delivery guys . Unloaded the doors and offered to help get them in the house . No issues
