Got told parcel will be delivered today, so had to take the day off work. They text me this morning saying delivery will be between 11:55 and 13:55. Been sat here waiting and at 13:25 I recieved a text message saying delivery attempt failed because noone was in. What an absolute joke you are because noone has pressed the buzzer for me to let you in downstairs, or if you did get in noones knocked on my door, or even posted a card through. Been sat waiting like an idiot. Absolutely disgusting, and now over an hour waiting to time before I get to speak to someone to complain. Your a joke
Absolutely ridiculous and stupid timings. Only open 2 hours a day from 8am to 10am and always changing timings randomly every few months. How on earth are working people supposed to collect missed deliveries and use other services. Did get there exactly 10am and refused to serve saying he was closing. Absolute shambles of a service. Its of better use if it was closed down.
Difficult for me because communication is down and the staff should be deaf awareness trained to provide the interpretation online more easily communicating
Visited today (23.06.25) between 8am and 8.30am -ish, and I was assisted by 2 people at the counter, a lady and a gentleman, who helped me get my hands on a couple of parcels from Japan. Couldn't be happier with how they both assisted me.
Very bad,, dont leave on doorstep or green bin like amazon, can't pick up with limited opening times,, means the items go back to suppliers, a nightmare the royal mail needs, to move fast into modern world, the service is, worser then talk talk a joke, worse experiences in my life! Deserves no stars, get rid of royal mail its as useful as a chocolate fire guard!!!
