I've ordered an item a week ago through electric centre Bradford, UPS have failed to deliver this item and have somehow lost it in the dewsbury warehouse but can't say they've ever actually had it but have somehow scanned it!? Still no sign of the item and the chatbox helpline is useless as they just state "if it doesn't arrive today let us know and we will escalate" and the saga just goes on.

I dropped parcel on Monday 27th Oct.. and it's already Friday, 31st October now, but parcel not collected yet, still in s drop off location and it is unlikely UPS will manage to do them job. This is JOKE! I am not using this company UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE in future.

Absolutely abysmal my precious samples should have been delivered yesterday by 12pm - took them 23 hours to work out they hadn’t moved from the depot they just tell lies and wrote crap to get be is of you - never ever ever getting my money again. Useless people

This company is useless, in last 48h they changed delivery date and time 3 times, I'm working 6days a week 12h shift , take a day off (last day which I had left)to be able pick up parcel they changed for next day few hours before delivery, can't picked up because they close at 6, not recommended this company also 4h slot it's a joke, call the call centre - can't help you -that was the answer Update, guess what.... Change delivery again, that's 4th time I will keep updated...

I’ve been facing some frustrating issues with UPS recently. The system wouldn’t let me change the assigned delivery address, nor could I select my local drop-off centre as an alternative. I even made the trip to the depot, only to find it closed—and the signage there was awful, making it hard to know where to go. At this point, I’m honestly starting to think a carrier pigeon might be more reliable. I hope UPS can improve their customer service, delivery flexibility, and depot signage, because this experience has been quite disappointing.
