Second time dentist is running late as in not even present at the surgery. It's 10.18am now! One's a coincidence, two's a pattern and you know what three is!
had my tooth pulled out today and was told that my payment would be made as told from the receptionist that my payment would be done automatically so as i was going home i received a message to pay with in 7 days so i was going to pay when i got home but the receptionist decided to break data protection and go tell her mother and then the mother decided to ring my sister saying ur sister has not paid the dentist and just walk out i was going to pay but was told it was automatic the receptionist should be fired for not doing her job right disgusting attitude breaking data protection rules how dare she
I have been in que for over 20 minutes, supposedly next one in line.. how long does it take to speak to someone?, is the receptionist just busy chatting to her friends on the phone???
Had me on hold, when answered eventually, the receptionist then proceeds to put the phone down. Having rang back, the phone just says the surgery is now closed?
Had to wait a whole hour for my appointment and was nearly forced to take my teeth out and was told i couldnt get another appointment.
