Church Street Dental - Dewsbury

I urgently needed to be seen so called the practice. The lady on reception (sorry I didn't get name as I was in discomfort) was extremely kind and went above and beyond to get me seen ASAP. They are very welcoming too and their phone manner is excellent. Dr Zoya kindly saw me that same day I called. She was incredibly professional and excellent in getting me checked and referred me very quickly to get the correct treatment. Absolutely greatful for such a warm and efficient service from all of you. Many thanks for all your help.

Very positive experience at Church Street Dental Surgery 14/1/26. New NHS registration with Miss Valli. All staff friendly and helpful which really helps having had a dental phobia for many years. Clinical team listened to my concerns /anxieties and reassured before starting. Clear information given regards the outcome of assessment, primary needs and future options. Only suggestion I would offer is maybe the use of music or TV in the very small waiting room that is directly outside the examination room. This would improve patient confidentiality but also help anyone that has dental anxiety as I could hear every word of the conversation of the patient before me. Thank you.

I telephoned the surgery this morning for an urgent appointment to have an extraction and I couldn’t have had a better experience or better treatment. The dentist, dental nurses and admin staff are all personable, welcoming and thoroughly professional. I consider myself very fortunate to be a patient and to receive such excellent treatment and service.

Fatima was so kind and put me at ease, she was very helpful and clearly explained what was wrong and what treatment was needed going forward.

Great team. Very informative and caring, would highly recommend.
