My experience with this clinic has been extremely disappointing. I was referred here by my dentist in 2022 for orthodontic treatment, during which my teeth were extracted in preparation for braces. I was advised that I would be kept informed about the next steps while I remained on the waiting list. However, despite waiting three years and even having my dentist send follow-up letters on my behalf I received no communication from the clinic. Out of frustration, I recently chose to pursue private treatment elsewhere. Coincidentally, shortly after making that decision, I received a phone call from the clinic stating that they had not heard from me in three years and wished to arrange an appointment. I explained the situation to the women on the phone but agreed to attend to see what they had to offer me.At the appointment, my teeth were reassessed, and the doctor assessing my teeth appeared confused, stating that there was no record of my extractions in their system and that I had not attended for three years. Not attended for 3 years clearly not my fault when the clinic can’t seem to communicate with it is patient, This was extremely concerning. I was then told I needed braces something I was already well aware of, given that I had been waiting since 2022 I was then told if I wanted to go ahead that the treatment would take an additional three years with regular visits every two months. After the prolonged lack of communication and administrative issues, I had no confidence in continuing treatment with them. However, since starting my private treatment, I have been receiving regular updates via phone and email, as well as regular appointments.The level of organisation and communication has been significantly better, and I feel much more at ease knowing my treatment is finally moving forward. Overall, my experience with this clinic was very poor and a waste of time, and I am relieved to be receiving care elsewhere.

I recently had my braces removed and I'm very happy with the results. i was initially told that I would have the braces on for 18 months, but they were removed after 12 and the results are better than I could've imagined. However, the only drawback I found was the appointment waiting times, which meant that I was seen usually 30-60 minutes after my appointment time, despite arriving there 15 minutes before my slot. Other than that, I am thankful to the team for fixing my teeth.

i have had my braces done here and i must say they did an excellent job. the dentist who took car if me was zahid and gave my teeth the proper attention that was required. he was also very informative.

I would like to thank Dewsbury Orthodontics for everything they have helped me with, today I collected my new retainers after having braces on for just over two years and I am really happy with the result. The whole process has overall been easy-going and all of the staff are always really kind and friendly. I would happily recommend. If there is anyone nervous about getting treatment with braces this has been a good place to have it and you may even enjoy having them in after awhile like the I did ;) but in the end I am happy to have them off and I appreciate the work done so thank you 🙏

They were super helpful for the full duration of my braces. They managed to get me in whenever i had any issue. All the staff were so kind and took very good care of me!!!
