What a shocking “service” these apparent receptionist provide. Stood in queue for half an hour, save when she finally answers the so called “receptionist” asked if she “could help” but there was a lag on the line so I said “I have been waiting for half hour, please can she ring me back as there’s an issue with line” She blatantly and very rudely said “unfortunately I can’t” and hung up. These ppl are supposed to be helpful, nobody enjoys hanging on the line for that long… I will be taking this further. Honestly, I have been putting up with this type of nonsense for quite some time, I KNOW it’s time I switched to a surgery where the ppl that work on the other side genuinely have your best interest at heart. SHOCKING

Worst service I've ever received. 6 days without meds which I need. Seen nurse prescribed nothing as dr has to approve it, no dr available told to go to hospital if need to an absolute joke. Reception swearing in conversation with a colleague whilst I waited unprofessional at the least.

I called the surgery but, after a long automated message, was informed they’re closed for lunch. The unnecessary details about opticians and dentists only added to the frustration. Called again later in the day. After waiting for over 40 mins. I gave up. No answer, and I'm just being told im caller number 1.

Phoned for appointment at 8.ooam,I was number 12 on th waiting list,would I like a phone back?yes, which I did ,great? no it wasn't because they filled all the appointments then told me there isn't any left.

Recently joined this practice, really appreciate the friendliness of receptionist staff very reassuring for a new patient :)
