More than satisfied with this Surgery. I am on quite a lot of meds and they're always available on repeat prescription at correct time. Any problems I've had have been solved promptly by reception staff. The Doctors are friendly and thorough and relevant appointments for reviews/tests have been carried out smoothly (with email/text reminders).

I am quite new to this area, and I was a bit concerned about the service, given the negative reviews. However, I really needn't have worried! I recently attended for a routine procedure; unfortunately for me, I have a condition which makes this routine procedure very painful and difficult. The doctor gave me a prescription in advance to ease the process, and the care given by the nurse was exemplary - I can't thank her enough! Anyway, all's fine and dandy now, thanks to these professionals!

Avoid this medical centre at all costs, I'm Absolutely disgusted in how they've treated my elderly grandmother. Safeguarding and all the relevant people will be contacted. As for the receptionist who quite clearly couldn't be bothered to help well that's a whole different ball game. As medical professionals you all should hang your head in shame for what you have done. Absolutely disgusting.

When I was a pre-teen my mum was trying to build my confidence by having me explain my symptoms instead of her explaining them herself from what I told her. The doctor laughed at me during this. A couple years later when I went on the pill for the first time for period related reasons the doctor did not do any of the checks (height, weight, blood pressure etc.) That a nurse later did when the pill I was given made me really ill. I do not blame the doctor for it making me ill but I do feel she neglected a standard procedure in prescribing contraceptives to a young teen.

I have phoned for a repeat prescription today again only be told they are not on repeat. Why when I've been taking them since February last year I was taken to hospital with 😵 one minute they are saying they aren't on repeat the next they are spells and was told it is vertigo .
