North Road Suite

Not many surgeries can achieve a 10* review but North Road Surgery / GP Practice , can hold their heads high because each and every one go above and beyond to make a patient feel listened to and understood. I hope you all know you are very much appreciated and I feel sure I speak on behalf of all patients who attend this practice. Keep safe everyone .

This surgery used to be the best, how things change, there is only 1 doctor ill see, he seems to know his stuff, but he always full so you have to do without, recently my address was changed not by me, but my medication arrived with a different address, so anyone is able to change your address, yes id like to know as well, and last but not least, recently had an appointment in Wakefield got their waited, my name was called, then told I couldn't be seen, I asked why, because of my recent knee operation, well shouldn't they know about that, she said they should have but quite clearly dont, so another appointment has to be made, 1 of many bad examples

I am not happy. How many times have I called and they don't let me see a doctor when I have a brain disease and my ears don't work. Several doctors have confirmed these problems but they don't understand

Worse Dr surgery ever! Very rude receptionists. Heartless bastds don't understand how hard it is when you are on benefit and struggling to put food on the table!keep telling you to buy from pharmacy its cheaper i mean WTH!! eye pharmacy ravensthorpe also robbing people. bought calpol charged me £5.20! Today bought eye drops charged me £8.56! Crooks working together robbing people!!
