I had an appointment with Dr. Sheikh today and was very pleased with my experience. The level of service was of a much higher standard compared to my previous doctors. I felt well cared for and appreciated the professionalism and attentiveness throughout the visit.

I am unsure how this surgery is still running. The staff and the one doctor that is available there are very unprofessional. There is no patient care or any sign of empathy from any of them! Patients are neglected and they need to shut it down! GP himself was a good doctor during my childhood but his fitness to practice is questionable, 20 years on! I left many years ago due to poor service provided. I have only had to return for my father who is a poorly man and has been neglected by these so called care givers. I hope other people realise this is not a GOOD standard of care as stated by the CQC in 2017!!

I went for my appointment today I came in 15 mins early as my appointment was at 3.45pm they was absolutely rude saying my appointment was cancelled due to eid was they doctors who travels from Manchester wasn't in and they gave me a number which did not answer I rang 4 times and the receptionist was so rude as really bad attitude not customer service they need shutting down

Receptionists just put the phone down on you and can't be bothered answering the phone. Once you do get through the doctor cant be bothered sorting out your problems or giving you the proper medication for your needs. On top of this, when they reluctantly do give you medication they send it to whichever chemist they see fit and make you travel! Shambles of a doctors i dont know how they still have any patients!! Wouldn't even give them a star if I could!!

Not happy at all! There are hardly ever appointments available. They say ring in the morning for day appointments and when we do they don't answer the call from 8:30 😡😡 My childs been very ill and they gave appointment after 3 weeks and say we are really busy when we go there to surgery the receptionist are chatting with each other and all the hall is empty no one is there. How are they busy? and I'm still ringing every morning for someone to help my son but no one is ready to help i am so upset from this world! The doctors don’t understand what the patients problem is .. they dont want to fill forms to refer !!! Why?
