Absolutely disgraceful and incompetent service. Patients are instructed to phone at 8:00am for appointments, yet the phones are not answered until around 8:30am. Then we are told the surgery is fully booked and there are no appointments available — even though we called exactly as instructed. This system is a complete joke and an insult to patients’ time and health. It is beyond unacceptable that people who need medical attention are treated this way. The surgery urgently needs to sort out its appointment system and start showing some basic respect for patients.

I’ve seen better customer service in a third world country, these receptions need to be put down a peg. They come to work for a power/ego trip. Absolutely laughable if you’re even thinking of coming to this doctor’s surgery don’t. Save yourselves.

Great service and care recieved especially by dr asmal, attention to detail and professional. Very happy with this along with my family also. Keep it up

I love my surgery allhamdullah we have the best drs the reception staff are so helpful. Every time I ring in the morning I get an appointment straight away I want to say a massive thankyou to a staff member called Lisa if u are reading this lisa thankyou for helping with my awfull eye infection u are one amazing Dr so polite ❤️ u made me so relaxed 😌 u have the most bubbliest personality with lovely smile please stay at our surgey please anyways thankyou may Allah bless every staff that works at this surgery my heroes ❤️

doctor asmal great professional and very helpful always. generally prefer seeing him as he always addresses the issues and cares for his patients. only down side is it's generally difficult to get through to reception most mornings to book appointments etc.
