I’ve had an excellent experience with this company. They are always professional, friendly, and go above and beyond to help. I’d like to give special recognition to Hayley, who has been consistently eager to assist with any queries. She’s approachable, knowledgeable, and makes the whole process smooth and stress-free. A truly great and helpful company that values their customers.

If i could give 0 stars i would certainly. Do not fall into the trap of giving your house to them on rent. Or do not use this company for anything at all. Kingsley is a very bad person to deal with. Ignores your calls texts and emails after having your property. Do not make rent payments on time to landlord. Mess you around and lie through out but play clever with you to cover themselves but not bothered about the landlord or their house. Would not recommend to ANYONE!

They don't deserve any star . They're terrible, they sell urgency , rush you to make a payment on a property you haven't seen , he comes up with fake stories when you want to view the property, after you've paid they don't return your calls , but when they want you to pay he calls every 2 minutes. Kingsley is a certified lier . There are no words that can explain how rotten they're.

If I could give no stars I would.i wouldnt Rent property from this compan again, if anything is broke always my fault, in the property is an out of date electric meter that I have to wait for electric tokens to be posted because you can't buy them from shop. Other day someone phoned on the pretence to fix the bathroom door after a week of reporting the problem only to be asked if I could pay my rent early...even though I pay 3 days early anyway but wanted it a week early ..but yet have the cheek to charge £10 a day if the rent is late. Still waiting for things to be fixed...and no I wont be paying myvrent again early will be paid on the actual due date....avoid at all costs
