I have just had my trailer checked out by this garage. They are really friendly and I had a good laugh with them. I used to use them to replace the cam belt on a car I had in between 2003 and 2009 they did a better job than the main Skoda dealership. If it wasn't for the fact that my present car is a mobility scheme car I would use them all the time. I definitely give them an 11 out of 10 . So friendly and a first class job.

I had an on going ESP and traction control issue going on with my Mercedes B Class. It was a nightmare as it would keep putting the car into limp at any given time and was quite dangerous especially when driving on a motorway. I first took it to a different garage that I won't mention who misdiagnosed the issue so decided to see if Premier Autos could help as I had recent positive experiences with them. Long story cut short but they fixed it for me. Turned out to be bad connections in the ECU wiring loom. They didn't give up on it, they know exactly what they are doing and I highly recommend them. The price of the repair was more than fair considering the time they had to take to find the needle in the hey stack. Unlike other garages I have previously used I get a text message as soon as the repairs are complete and the owner / staff are very friendly and helpful. A big advantage for me is that they are in my village so within a short walking distance to pick the car back up when it's ready. I have every bit of faith in these guys. Cars are usually one of our most expensive purchases after our homes and car faults / problems often cause us a lot of anxiety. I'm glad Premier Autos exists !

Not what I expected from this garage had water pump done collected it with no receipt for a new water pump it was leaking from the day I collected it from same place they would not admit it that it’s from same place bunch of liars also had a ball joint done don’t even know if they change anything as there is no old parts given or even receipts for the parts Car still making a heavy cracking sound as if the arm is about to break off they always come out with excuses plz avoid this garage Ripping off cowboys!!!

Left my van for new paint and panels in 2022,got it back in 2025 with 12 months mot.paint work was good but panel fitting abysmal.the bonnet fitted 2” to one side.doors were loose,charged for wax oil which wasn’t done,brakes,indicators and fuel gauge didn’t work.windows didn’t close and he put diesel in a petrol van.told me to bring it back at the end of summer to rectify all the faults but I have completely lost faith in his abilities so it’s no thanks from me. Excellent service and saw the owner pick up an elderly gentleman to collect his car. Ford garage were trying to charge me over £2000 for a full repair. The problem was fully fixed for £300
