Had an MOT booked for 10am there was no one there for over 30 mins, tried calling them no answer, waited over half an hour to see if they would even turn up but didn’t turn up, had to go elsewhere to get my MOT done

Not good at all. Still waiting on a phone call from them but they clearly don't want to know. We booked through click mechanic, we were quoted for collection of the car fixing then the car returned. We then had to pay an extra £50 for it collecting, it was picked up on the Saturday morning, they started work on the car straight away which was promising. By Monday afternoon it was done but they wouldn't fetch the car back they said they didn't have time, so my husband had to finish work early and get my dad to take him to collect it. He picked up the car and within about 5 minutes after leaving the garage and being stuck in traffic he rang me to say something doesn't feel right he said the wheels don't respond much when turning the steering wheel. He pulled up in a layby just before the slip road onto the motorway, And tried calling the mechanic. He wasn't answering his mobile phone so he rang the RAC, Whilst waiting he rang the garage landline and the guy who drives the tow truck answered. He was just about to leave the garage so he came to look at the car. My husband could actuslly move and wobble the the front wheels while the car was stood. The guy arrived and was a really nice guy! he jacked it up and confirmed that the drive shaft wasn't attached to the wheels and took the car straight back. Luckily my dad was still there as he was following my husband back. We was promised it would be sorted by lunchtime Tuesday and fetched back to us. It wasn't ready till Wednesday afternoon and they still didn't want to fetch the car back to us. We stood our ground at that point as my husband couldn't leave work early for a second time so they agreed to fetch the car. The next day we noticed that something new was now wrong with the car. When breaking and slowing down the car sounds and feels like it's going over lots of them yellow lines that lead upto a roundabout that alert you to slow down. It turns out the break disks have been dented or bent as our usual mechanic confirmed. Also a new rattling noise in the engine when starting up the car. Other than the dual mass flywheel that was being replaced and a known problem with the airflow sensor, the car was a lovely smooth drive and started up lovely. So all in all a shocking service no communication to resolve it and damaged break disc's and something not right in the engine. It's a nissan juke so needed alot of parts removed to get to the flywheel. The wheels and break disc's have clearly been forcefully removed to have caused the damage. I'm just so relieved my husband didn't make it to the motorway as that would have probably caused a massive accident or there wouldn't have been anything left of the car!!. They actually had the audacity to tell us that there wasn't anything wrong and the wheels were attached and not loose. But in that case why would the pick up guy take it straight back? I'll be going to trading standards anyway and vosa. I wouldn't want my car going back there for them to even rectify it now as I absolutely do not trust them with it. The only star there is for the guy who recovered it!

Amazing service. Booking for the next day and the dang me up saying they have availability today, was chuffed. Went down the customer service was top notch. Went in for an MOT he was honest and truthfully showed me where I had an advisory and a minor defect. Was upfront about everything. Would recommend going down for any mechanical issues or repairs.

Running late on my MOT, they fit me in for the following morning. Never any hassle with them. Always polite. Always honest. Dropped the vehicle off and went for a walk. Got a text message shortly after with an update. Highly recommended.
