Absolutely brilliant - I had been to a few garages over the years and clearly the work that had been done was done incorrectly, causing me issues down the line. I came to these guys and they really looked after my car and me, updating me on the work being done which was reassuring. They are costly but worth the money. Aftercare was good and they clearly know what they are doing. Thanks for saving my car guys !!

Don’t even go in this place for any kind of services. My experience was really tough. The lady on the desk and the other man here are scum not sincere in anyway. I literally took my Mercedes to this place for a full service. The lady on the desk told me that if I’m using Mercedes parts. It will cost me 317 quid. She initially said 265 without the pollen filter, I said I would want the pollen filter change and she said okay. That will take it up to 317 bucks both labour added. We agreed. Do you believe the pollen filter from Mercedes was not fitted. When asked staff said we didn’t order that. She said she didn’t fit it cause we I didnt pay for it. She said she has it on her desk. I said okay how come it’s on ur desk. She said it was a mistake it got to her desk. I had to pay 48 pound for a substandard and not genuine filter not from Mercedes while the agreed one was left on the desk and wasn’t fit in the car. Then when I rang about my concerns. She and one of another member of staff started using abusing words on me on the phone. They were verbally abusive to me swearing at me. She did the invoice and didn’t include the original Mercedes pollen filter I paid for. I spent a total of 320 + 48 = 368 roughly 370 quid for just to change oil and pollen filter which pollen fliter wasn’t Mercedes. I will advice that you all need to be careful with this garage. They will steal decieve you use fake parts for your car. You all be careful as they are not good at all. It was a horrible experience.

I've used these guys for servicing and repairs for the last few years and always been delighted with the quality and cost. I have to especially thank them for going above and beyond expectations a week ago. The locking wheel nut had been damaged by someone else and cross-threaded. I needed them replacing the same day as I was going away the following day. Not only did they manage to fix the damage/replace the bolts, but they did so without any damage to the alloys and also stayed past closing time to make sure I could go away the next day. Can't recommend them enough.
