I am genuinely shocked at how bad this haircut is and how little care or skill was shown throughout the entire appointment. What should have been a simple, basic haircut was completely ruined — the length is uneven, the shape makes no sense, and it looks messy no matter how I style it. It honestly feels like no technique or precision was used at all, just random cutting with no understanding of face shape or balance. I left feeling embarrassed and upset, especially considering how much I paid for something that looks rushed and unprofessional. This was a complete waste of money and time, and I now have to go elsewhere to fix a problem that never should have existed. I would not recommend this salon to anyone who values their hair or expects a competent haircut.

Had both El and the barber work on my hair and i couldn’t ask for anything better. After it’s been damaged for so long, they fixed me up within 2 haircuts💪🏽 Absolute top class service from the both of them❤️

Always come to Ellie for my babies and myself! She’s amazing at what she does! Only person I trust to do my babies and my hair. She’s so friendly and makes you feel so comfortable. The salon is stunning! ❤️

A gorgeous little hairdressers, full of character, fused together with a very relaxed vibe & such a wonderful hairdresser/ manager/ owner, with X+ years of hairdressing experience. Fairly priced & also willing to go to the ends of the Earth for her customers. I would highly reccomend 133 By El Ltd to everyone & anyone looking for their next make-over. Thank you so much again, I'll see you for the next.
