Had a big chop (only 3 inches but that’s a lot to me) and layers put in. I was a bit lost since I didn’t want feathering but wanted a V shape at the back, Joe (pretty brunette) was lovely and she explained how I would have to get feathers put in for that look since that’s how they look put back. She did a lovely job cutting my hair and we had an awesome chat as well. 10/10 service, will be coming here from now on. Definitely worth going to someone who really takes the time to discuss what you want and your expectations, since what I was thinking was complete nonsense looking back!! PS. she was very quick and I didn’t want the cut to end so I could keep chatting!

Horrible horrible customer service soon as I walked in, lady with the white hair said to the other lady “ are we missing something” (meaning why have I walked in at 4.10pm) it wasn’t as if they were closing. The shop shuts at 5pm I then told her to take 2 inches off my daughters hair she said that’s going to cost you more I said it’s ok I will pay she still did a little trim and didn’t do what I asked her to do. She then messed her fringe up she cut it so short and 1 side of the fringe was so wonky. I like to support small business but I will never go there again that’s for sure

Absolutely ripped off I told the woman how I wanted my hair cut. She I am hairdresser I do it. All she cut was a little off the sides & top. The best hairdresser that was there was Harriet unfortunately she has left I paid £11 for 5minutes workit then cost me an extra £15 to have it cut buy a proper stylist.

Took my son there to get a hair cut. He was sat in the seat and the hair cut started too be then told it will be charged as a restyle and cost £8. His hair was not that long for a restyle and could not leave as they had started the hair cut. They totaly rip you off and put you in a position that you can not pull out of. Avoid at all costs as they scam you rotten. Also they favour people they know spending allot of time cutting there hair and rushing the general public. I will never go there again and recommend to everybody I know to avoid at all costs.

Never going there ever again. Hope they go bankrupt. Male dresser was incompetent and a big liar, took him less than 5 minutes to give a terrible cut. I came out with 10 short, hairs on face and a terrible cut. 0 star
