Raza Laundry Service

This is the second time I’m attending this place for laundry. I did not have a good first experience so I gave it another try. The washing is awful. Both times I came here, the stains are still on my clothes. I used the washing up powder provided by the laundrette and on second occasion, I got my own. Both times made no difference. The dryer is also quite bad. The image I attached is my baby’s clothes after washing and drying. Another thing is the price, not the cheapest compared to other Laundrettes in Batley/Dewsbury. Finally, the staff are really friendly and helpful. This is why I am not giving one star.

Great customer service staff always smiling and happy to help. Quick turnaround time for dry cleaning. I have used the dry cleaning service for many years and they do not disappoint . Very reasonable prices.

Good customer service skills. Taken quite a few clothes to get dry cleaned e.g wedding outfits, tuxedos, blazers. They’ve always come back spot on! The place is always busy with friendly people using the machines. Was given a ticket and came back in 2 days to collect straight away. Good prices too! Highly recommend!

Best laundrette I've been to, the pricing is very reasonable too, must visit if needed to wash and dry clothes, they do tailoring too!

Excellent self serve laundry service. Reasonable prices and kind / caring staff who are very helpful. If change is needed, the staff will happily provide. The alterations service is also really good, but make sure you retain the ticket number.
