FANTASTIC NAILS AND BEAUTY

AVOID!!! Shocking service and nails! The guy guy who did my nails rushed me and gave me anxiety. extremely aggressive flinging my hand and filing so harshly my skin is sore. It looks like my nails need an infill they are so lumpy and uneven!!! I told him twice to drill them ! He did not paint then properly and left bits missing he was in such a rush maybe drunk?. I told him this is the worst set of nails I have ever had in my life. On top he was just not genuine he wanted to get my nails done however he pleased and thought I would not know what a crap job he had done. Avoid this place at all cost it’s not fair I paid £70 for ugliest nails in my life nd uneven toes . I came home and felt very very upset. I will go to my usual nail salon and never reccomend this place to anyone! I can't belive I fly out the next morning and they knew I can't come back to get them fixed. Disgusting.

I don't understand how you can work in a nail shop and you dont know how to do nails? I tried this shop for the first time. I asked for a soak off and biab for my holiday. I started off with a lady then got swapped over to this guy after the soak off. The lady was really careful with my nails. Anyway, the guy started to get the acrylic ready. I said no, I asked for biab. The owner, I assume, and who was very friendly, said no, she wants biab. I left with the lumpiest, uneven nails. I didnt notice until I got home. And half of my nails could bend!!! Literally bend 90 degrees as all these places have destroyed my nails. He clearly put normal gel on them not biab. I didnt notice as a lot of these places use different brands and the procedure looked the same. As a result, a few of my nails have split nearly half way down on the nailbed and I've had to cut them off. On top of that, the nail polish tips all wore off as the top coat must've been low quality Why cant I find a decent nail technician?!!!!

Ruined my nails. Patchy finishes and when I went for the removal 2 weeks later he didn’t remove it properly and got annoyed at me for asking multiple times. Disgusting customer service. My nails are now ruined from all the filling and have still not recovered. 0 stars would not recommend!!! Rude staff and can’t do nails.

I asked for a new set, and a young, clearly untrained boy started filing. After the first hand, I noticed he had filed my ring fingernail too low, leaving a divot in the center and a very flimsy nail. When I raised my concern, I was told it was just my nail and that there wasn’t an issue. I didn’t feel heard or listened to, and other members of staff clearly treated me with less respect due to my upset. A trained technician eventually finished the set, and they looked lovely—but later that night, my nail broke at the nail bed. It is extremely painful and reflects poor practice and customer care.

Poor service!! Avoid. Rude to me throughout the appointment. Lee? First visit to this shop, came in to get my toes done. He was very harsh whilst filing and dealing with my nails. It felt very uncomfortable and painful. I did express this and his response was very rude and unprofessional. Not good with their shaping and French tips. Would not recommend!!
