Perfect place for halal sandwiches and much more, it is like a small super market and you can get a lot of Asian desserts and slush

Thieves!!! Our lass was told that her contactless payment was declined and asked to insert her card to pay, turns out they charged her twice! After going back to resolve this with the staff at the garage she was told that their system couldn’t charge anybody twice. She raised it with Shell’s head office but received no help from them. She contacted her bank and the lady she spoke with said that it sounded like they’ve got a scam going. I’ll be using the Jet garage in future.

Faulty tyre pump, there was no out of order sign on it and when we spoke to them they said it was not working but still refused to give us a refund. SCAMMERS.

I've been trying to use the pay at pump feature of the shell app at this station for months and is doesn't work, it used to work fine them suddenly stopped, right before the virus hit, a feature like this would have been great to keep a distance from people and protect everyone, but I guess not!

Very clean tidy place,most garages are dirty places not here,even the toilets are immaculate! Staff are friendly and polite
