Avoid – shocking customer service & no toilet access Stopped here recently as I really needed the fuel and toilet after a long drive. The station is fairly new and looks decent from outside, but the staff flat-out refused to let me use the customer toilets. Their excuse? “They’re out of order” – despite the station being fully operational for months. When I politely asked why a brand-new fuel station still doesn’t allow paying customers to use the bathroom, the response was basically a shrug and “that’s the policy”. Zero apology, zero attempt to help, just attitude. For a Shell station in 2026 this is embarrassing. You can’t even pretend to care about customers if you won’t let someone use a clean toilet after they’ve just spent £80+ on fuel. Fuel is fine, shop prices normal, but the attitude and complete lack of basic facilities / courtesy make this place one to avoid.

Fuel prices can never beat the walkey lane shell, don't even know why you guys opened up😒 can't beat walkey lane shell petrol station. And the prices in the shop are like spending your whole salary on groceries 🤯 disgusting machine of orange juice...very unhygienic and sticky 🤮
