Staff member (male) was extremely condescending when I went in to pick up an emergency prescription on a Sunday. Asked me personal questions to do with dosages which is between me and my medical care team. Then, After explaining three times why I hadn’t been able to collect my prescription as I usually do (every month or 2) he finally decided that he’ll accept my request, finally asking me what the prescription is for. Then told me to sit down as it’s going to be at least 30 mins due to they’ve got something else going on (no one else waiting. However I understand things do need to be done.) At which point due to his tone, I said I cannot wait that long and walked out. I’d rather go without my life saving medication than be belittled by someone on a power trip.

There’s no ingredients mentioned in the Bakery items. This is very important for the consumer. Also definitely have to mark the logo of Suitable for Vegetarian / Vegan / Not Suitable for Vegetarian etc. Also should not cook vegetarian/vegan and NON VEGETARIAN/VEGAN items in the same oven or same kitchen. Because, high chance of contamination. I am a regular customer of Asda. Please take care of this matter. Thanks. Amin
