Absolutely disgusting, my husband is on Chemo due to Cancer, he has to ring them god knows how many times to get his Chemo medication only to get there and it's not ready yet again, so he has to stand around putting his self at risk due to low immune system only to be told we don't have all your meds. This isn't the first time it's every time.
Absolutely disgusting service left prescription 3 days asked to leave mobile number so they would ring me back on the day came to collect 3 days later made me wait 20mins saying they have just received the medicine this morning where on the day they confirmed with pinderfields hospital for delivery on the day..... What a farce
Came in half an hr ago noone waiting was told 20 minutes. 1 sat on a stool eating 2 on the phone and one stood chatting. I only wanted a bottle of gaviscon!!
The worst pharmacy I've been to, I'm pregnant and wanted to buy aspirin, I was told to wait about half an hour, despite the fact that no one was served, this is a joke.
change the staff as they stay all day and tell stories and wait for sick people for half an hour or more until they are given their medicine, scratch
