Savile Town Pharmacy, The Sidings

I recently visited this pharmacy and was thoroughly impressed with the level of service I received. The staff, especially the girls working there Hasfiya & Safa, were incredibly helpful and attentive. They took the time to answer all my questions and provided valuable advice. Their friendly and professional demeanor made my visit a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this pharmacy for anyone seeking excellent customer service and expert care. :)

Unprofessional attitude, I rang up asking a simple question about my prescription being moved closer to me as I’m a university student and I’m not located near my gp at the moment, I was told by my gp that this was fine to ring up about and ask. I was met by a very rude receptionist woman who told me it wouldn’t be possible and then the male pharmacist was very hostile and temperamental. Please rethink how you speak to customers and treat the public as this is a public facing career role. I would advise the man to speak to people with respect and if he cannot maybe to rethink his career. There was no need to be rude towards me and it was extremely unprofessional. I will be making a formal complaint as this was just not needed and disgusting treatment. Update- I made a formal complaint and was told the man who was rude was a locum pharmacist, not the regular pharmacist who works there.

Very polite staff. Very friendly and supportive would definitely recommend this chemist to all.
