This pharmacy is so efficient and friendly. They can often source my prescriptions that are in short supply at other pharmacies. Thank you!
I was having my medication delivered, due to disability and mental health which has now stopped because I only have 1 prescription to be delivered which is ridiculous. Some days I go without my medication because i physically and mentally can’t leave the house to collect it and i have no support to help me. Now I’m trying to contact to make sure they have my prescription so I can pay taxi fare to collect my medication and they don’t answer the phone. Useless.
Terribly managed pharmacy, my acquaintance has placed an order for medicine she is dependant upon weeks in advance. On the day they were due to be delivered, the pharmacy didn't contact us which led to us having to phone in - only to be told the medicine hadn't arrived. This was followed by the pharmacy telling us to find another pharmacy that supplies them on short notice. If you're local to the area best to steer clear of this pharmacy and use another's services; they still have the same issue with providing their customer's with medicine that they are dependant upon.
Today has been a nightmare, i have been waiting for one of my tablets... Usually delivered, but the pain has been horrific. Spoke to someone to ask if they were ready, was told they were, i am a disabled pensioner, but went down with my grandaughter, who went in and was told no, they wouldnt be there till tomorrow, when my grandaughter said i had been told to collect, everyone denied speaking to me.. This is the 3rd month that there have been problems
Very bad pharmacy and the service is average but even when i ask them about medicine without sugar they will give you Extra sugar. Why and how even when we ask for sugar-free we still get extra sugar we got told that this is the best this is so bad.. Couldn't believe it I had to throw it away and go another pharmacy. 👎. No trust for you
