Batley post office is fantastic! I have been going in almost every day for the last 5 years to post orders for my small business. The staff there have become very good friends of mine! I cannot praise how helpful, caring and supportive all the staff are! Not just with me but with every customer the interact with! I always look forward to seeing Ismail and Sal as they always put a smile on my face. I would never use another post office, the service is truly above and beyond! Thank you Batley Post Office!!

Ishmail & the team are always helpful & friendly. Printer service is great when a qr isn’t an option, they’re always happy to attached address labels, seal parcels etc. great post office! Always leave very well looked after and nothing too much trouble even when they are very busy

A busy and hard-working little post office. The staff are always friendly. Sal is always on hand to help and she has an amazing sense of humour (as do they all). A great little team who gets on with all of their customers.

Excellent service and very friendly staff. A special mention to Sal, who was polite, professional, and handled everything responsibly. She truly made the experience pleasant. Highly recommended!
