They are not helpful at all. The label that you should print will not allow the web to proceed. I didn't get help, I can't send my package back, maybe they'll help me at another Royalmail store.This is not the first time he has not helped. Anyway, the business is small and crowded. The business is full of obstacles due to objects placed on the ground. Very dangerous.

Slow service, understaffed no queuing system 1st come last served from my experience at the post office today. People being called from the end of the queue to the kiosk the people in front remain queuing for the main counter.

Post office manager very rude and arrogant. Refused to complete some post office tasks as he said he won’t do them if he DOSNT make money from it. Very greedy and selfish. I even offered to pay him for his time. Whilst on the till next to me the other guy was carrying out what looked like money laundering as I could understand the languages. Be very cautious as I don’t think your money would be safe handing over to these guys. Seems like this post office is run by fraudsters! Reported to the police and post office head office.
