Wasn't happy with the lady who dealt with my query over the phone she was rather rude and put the phone down after I had told her she was giving misleading information however when I rang back one of the colleagues dealt with the matter but not acknowledgeing the fact that I had been spoken to so rudely and there was no need for it. This was the Dewsbury branch (I really don't want to name and shame the person)
With covid-19 your signs state not to enter until called in, so we stood outside and waited. 3 people just walked straight passed us and in to the store and your team served them waited 30 miniutes for this to happen i'll use independant travel advisors what a waste of my time
Went in looking for a quick getaway and wasn't disappointed Adonis Studios in Koutoulufari Crete great atmosphere small and friendly, the barman Ben is so good definitely a people person, thi is one to give a try
very friendly and helpful staff, I have used the dewsbury branch for the last 4 year and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else
Was told I couldn't exchange my euros back as I hadn't shopped there explained I had used another anthems close by but they said I couldn't exchange without a receipt
