An exceptionally CLEAN + organised and GOOD staff focussed/ customer service RELATIONSHIPS VENUE. The DOGS I SAW and a few CATS I'd seen appeared CALM+ RELAXED> despite what THEIR inner most feelings might REALLY BE!!! OSH[[VET[] +MOLLIE [Veterinary Assistant] showed excellent animal care particularly /AND RECEPTION STAFF despite my initial problems [SAY NO MORE] Were CONSIDERATE and HELPFUL TO ALL who came INTO the ANIMAL TRUST. They are SENSITIVE TO ANY ANIIMAL in pain or on their last rights GOD BLESS THEMALWAYS and AID THEM TO PASS AWAY Peacefully and with DIGNITY.Amen xxxx

I had the most unforgettable experience at Animal Trust Dewsbury today! My cat, Coco, managed to escape from his carrier and ran up onto the roof — it was an absolute adventure! The manager and staff were incredible — calm, patient, and so compassionate. They went above and beyond to help us get Coco down safely. I’m genuinely grateful for their professionalism and kindness. Thank you to the entire team for turning such a stressful moment into one filled with care and teamwork! 🐾❤️

I have used animal trust for veterinary care for my dog Milo since 2019 and then for my dog Lucy since 2024. I have found them very caring and helpful with any problems. Animal trust doesnt charge for the appointment its only if your pet needs treatment or medication which I think is good as sometimes its just peace of mind that your pet is okay and they may not need treatment. Being able to make an appointment online is an advantage and there is always someone at the end of the telephone if needed. The staff are always friendly and helpful, I can see how much they care about my pets.

We registered with animal Trust about 6 months ago best thing we ever did our two fur babies are getting older now so they have more needs i found everyone at the practice lovely and friendly and helpful everything is explained step by step and most importantly I feel our shitzu sisters are cared for and looked after I find the pet club a great help with prices and costs are always clearly explained i am really glad I joined this practice

Our family member Lucas had a broken dew claw, and the team took care of it on the spot. They were incredibly patient and kind throughout the process. We were also given an affordable aftercare prescription—and even some treats for Lucas! We’re so grateful for their compassion and care. Highly recommend this not-for-profit vet clinic!
