Only popped in for a replacement bolt for my TT bike, in and out within 5 minutes. I offered to pay and the chap said it was free. I know it’s a small gesture but this sort of friendless brings people back and I really appreciated it. Thanks again! I will return when I need bits and bobs in the future 🙂

As always an absolute pleasure. The blokes behind the counter are a great help . They go out of the way to help you the best way and sometimes at their own expense. This bike shop in my opinion is the best in Yorkshire and will always be my first stop . Thanks for being you .

Today I went in and bought disc brake cleaner and I asked the manager about my front disc as it was squeaking he just said pop in today and he fixed it for me they are so good very helpful would recommend them to everybody they are absolutely the best in Buxton

Bought a new hybrid bike and took it here for mudguards and a rack. Honestly, some bikes are poorly designed: no room for a mudguard between the rear wheel and the front derailleur! How these guys managed to engineer a solution is beyond me. But they did it and their workmanship was second-to-none. And at a very reasonable price. Friendliness is not a major criterion but it helps, and Paul was extremely friendly and helpful. Shops like these are becoming a rarity and I really hope that this shop survives the internet onslaught. Thoroughly recommendable.
