Recived bad customer service Items are mostly torn, you will get blamed for his cheap products! Doesn't do returns or refunds and steals your money when he gives you store credit. He will refuse to give you anything back! AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!! Much better places to buy from, better quality and most of all youll get better customer service elsewhere.
Bought babys shalwar kameez from this shop! Got home and noticed as soon as we opened the buttons the stitch had all opened. This was an eid present for my nephew so i took it back and the owner was very very rude and was adamant that we had ripped it would not accept fault or try to give any customer service or aftercare whatsoever. He has lost a customer as we will not be purchasing from here ever again. All he had to do was replace the torn garment we didnt even ask or want a refund. Utterly disappointing as we have given these people plenty of custom over the years.
A variety of high quality Jubbah’s, shalwaar kameez and waistcoats (wedding wear) alongside top customer service at unbeatable prices - can’t go wrong.
Rude to some women who came in with a credit note. Could hear him shouting from outside. Definatley not using this shop.
