I ordered my dress and one week before it was due to be delivered they cancelled and refunded my order. Now I have to find a new dress last minute. I ordered my outfit at the end of July and they failed to give me any updated about the progress of my outfit until I emailed them and 2 days later they cancelled my order. This is such an inconvenience and I will not be ordering from them again.

I am beyond grateful for the service from the Hoorain team. I ordered myself and my sisters saarees for an upcoming wedding, same design but with the request of a button opening for one to allow for breastfeeding. The team kindly accepted the request and created the blouse perfectly using a hidden zip which looked seamless and was a far better option than my idea of buttons. The consultant ran it past me to check if all ok before posting and it was delivered quickly. Upon arrival I noticed the saree is already pleated which just makes life even simpler for a new mum getting ready for a busy family wedding- thank you so much for the help and consideration! Will be recommending this service to family and friends :)

Ordered three dresses for £257 each and two come okay however the third one all the proportions were out. Each dress is a different variation and looks different . Company were good in terms of handling complaint and asked me send it back . It took a month for it to come back and the proportions are still out. Honestly given up and have given it to a local tailor spending an extra £50 to get it adjusted.

Firstly they delivered my suit in the wrong size. I ordered a small and they delivered a medium. After returning the incorrect suit only then did they dispatch the now correct size (which was their fault initially anyway.) Finally received my suit 5 days before Eid- which is difficult to have any adjustments made now, only to find out my mums suit has been cancelled?! She has no Eid suit now. Their reasoning was Maria b does not process “older” dresses at this time but the style chosen by mum was a very modern up-to-date style and this was not specified on the website. Rubbish website do NOT risk ordering your Eid clothes from them. Shop elsewhere to avoid disappointment.
