Ordered through the B&Q website. Through no fault of the seller the first delivery arrived damaged due to the carrier. I contacted the seller straight away with pics of the damage. The seller was quick to respond and arranged a replacement to be sent. Very quick turnaround time from the original being collected. It has arrived this morning (with no courier damage) and am really pleased with the look of it. Great addition to my living room. Would recommend. Thank you 🙏

I had a great experience ordering from R&M Furnishers. The customer service was excellent and very helpful throughout. Shipping was quick, and my order arrived sooner than expected. I also appreciated the 10% discount when ordering from their website. The ottoman storage bench is very solid and well made. I’d happily recommend this company to other family members.

Purchased a large ottoman box for a great price and of really high quality. Highly recommended and really helpful staff, was able to choose a fabric that was a close match to my wall paper. The ottoman box it self has lots of storage as you can see in the pictures and has thick foam on the seat making it comfortable to sit on - overall really happy with my purchase and will be purchasing more furniture from them in future.

Superb service. Sturdy build. Lovely fabric. Look great wherever you use them. We now have three in different colours and all look good.
