Lovely bed at a good price. Easy to put together, mainly on my own. Sareer answered my query promptly about the guarantee. Good delivery service. All in all I'm very happy and would recommend.

Excellent customer service, quick delivery & a brilliant bed at good price. I found this company courteous and helpful. They are very professional and kept me informed from the moment order was placed to delivery- excellent delivery service. I would use them again and highly recommended them to all.

One of this company’s directors has another company who take advantage of the disabled and elderly.. sell faulty goods (which could be extremely dangerous for disabled/infirm!) then no reply to dozens upon dozens of emails etc … contacted here as he’s the director, they spoke to him but he won’t do anything… doesn’t care! I have his name and many many other company’s he’s involved in… avoid !!!

Terrible customer service. They don't bother to answer emails even when re-sent. Awful mattress, unusable after two years.
