Had the delivery of my Sicily massage chair and are thoroughly enjoying the comfort and learning the controls for the massage. I have bought before from sofa shop and was totally satisfied hence my latest purchase.If you purchase a massage chair you will require 2 sockets to plug into.

Spent £2,176 with this company just over a year ago on there new range and the whole experience has been disappointing. We never received the extra table we paid for, but the real issue is the build quality. After around a year of normal use, the seats have developed a huge gap where your lower back should be. The foam has clearly collapsed, leaving no lumbar support at all. Both of us now get back pain from sitting on it, and we’ve had to buy a new sofa elsewhere because this one is unusable. It gets worse. About four months in, the headrest stopped working entirely. When moving the sofa to make space for the replacement, I saw the internal mechanism had ripped out of the frame, with the bolts no longer attached and the structure torn inside. That should never happen on a £2,000+ sofa and i hardly used the headrest anyway. Overall the foam quality and internal build are not what’s described or advertised. For the price paid, the durability just isn’t there. Dont bother spending your money here.
