Extremely disappointed with the staff here, whilst I was shopping all I could hear was them talking down negativity about dewsbury, specifically regarding Asians and Eastern Europeans. Appaled that they would do this in store with customers and around small children, a very negative vibe and I was left disgusted by the vocabulary and words used when shopping for a happy occasion. I will never shop at another card factory again. I raised this with Card Factory head office and they basically brushed it under the carpet. Boycott this place.

Always friendly, helpful staff and reasonable prices. Free parking. I got everything I went for and a couple of things that I didn’t realise I needed!
