Don’t bother using anyone else — just call these guys. Derek and his team did not mess around. From the first contact, communication was absolutely spot on and refreshingly clear. They managed expectations perfectly by preparing for the worst, which meant there were no surprises and total confidence in the work being completed to a high standard. They’re extremely knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely friendly — a real pleasure to deal with from start to finish. The quality of the work was excellent and done efficiently. Excellent service with a prompt response and a quote which was very reasonable, Derek and his team visited and priced up and ordered the parts and fitted in no time. Door handle and fixtures replaced and works perfectly, extremely happy with a no nonsense service and cost, its hard to find reliable skilled people in some trade these days, here we have a great example of professionalism and great service, happy customer.

Excellent swift and efficient service from these guys. Came out next day and fixed a window and realigned our door. Price as quoted. No mess and even wore protectors on their shoes. Top guys, would highly recommend.

Excellent customer service Derek kept us informed about what time he would arrive. He messaged to say he was on his way, on arrival my husband explained what was the issue with our front door and he got to work on it straight away.
