Went a couple weeks ago and all I can say is wow the service is impeccable! Such polite and courteous people they offered us drinks upon arrival and allowed us to try on alot of things. Good selection of jewelery with something for everyone. Staff were helpful explaining the pricing breakdown and fixed my gold ring that I already had free of charge. They even let my sister mum and I pick out a free silver ring. Overall very impressed will definitely be coming back here. Highly recommend to family and friends

Purchased via instagram, sent the wrong item even though i marked the one i wanted. Poor reasoning and could have communicated better that they did not have this in stock instead of sending another item through. Now no response. £270 out of pocket on items I don't even want. I never write reviews but due to lack of communications and pretty annoyed with this.

I bought 2 new gold rings from this shop for the first time. I had to go back to the shop 3 times to fix it because the stones kept falling out from the band!! 3 times!! After the 3rd time I’d had enough with the poor quality. They gave me a partial refund and “higher quality ring” and ensured me it would not happen again. After 5 weeks now, another stone has fallen out. I’ve called to get a larger partial refund and we will not be contacting them again because of the poor quality, and all they keep saying is that we will fix it again, we will fix it again and won’t compensate for the damage and customer hassle. Very disappointed with their service and quality, will not be buying from their again…

Decent jewellery but wouldn’t really recommend as beads keep on falling out. In total I’ve been around 8 times just because of the beads falling out yet they still don’t live up to Pandoras standards even though they are more expensive than them.
