Not happy. Ten minutes late due to heavy traffic in the area, turned me away. In the past when they ask me to come later it's no problem, even with a busy schedule.

My dog had a really bad groom here. The groomer did the exact opposite of what was asked and freely admitted she got scissor happy. My god was scalped and his skin was cut. I was so shocked when picking him up i had to fake being ok with it, I inspected him when I got home to find he had been shaved, cut to the skin and left with scissor marks everywhere, he also absolutely stank as if he had not been washed. I called to complain and the groomer was not helpful in the slightest, so I have had to contact pets at home over live chat and email to get this sorted. I've been complaining every day to get a refund issued, pets at home finally said they would issue a refund, this was a week ago. I've still not received a refund, called the groom room and they've fobbed me off not knowing anything about it. So I'm having to chase this up again, every day. Its been nearly 2 weeks now and I'm still waiting for my money back. Ridiculous

Staff are very helpful and caring they pay attention to details and ask questions regarding your dog's skin co edition to make sure they use the right one and so they can give your dog the best experience. They pay a lot of attention for your needs as well to make sure they can produce the hair cut you truly want for your pet.
