I have been pavers so many times and the kindness from Paula was more than I could ever ask for. I have found my dream pair and more. She is the loveliest soul I have ever met. Very pleasant experience!! Keep it up pavers!! And make sure not to lose such a precious gem like Paula.

Went in today and my experience of the mill outlet was ruined when I went to pavers I usually love coming here but a worker who I was told her name was paula by somebody from another shop near pavers needs to learn customer service respect for other people its absolutely appalling that somebody like her is allowed to serve customers

Called in today for some new mules, the staff in store are so friendly and helpful, best customer service I have seen in a long time. They are a credit to the company excellent trip and got the mules i wanted.

Friendy and helpful shop assistant. An enjoyable visit... fruitful too... bought a new pair of boots!!! I love them!!! Very comfy... it's probably my 5th pair of boots from Pavers... their boots tend to be well made, comfy and stylish.... and reasonably priced too!!! All good!!!
