EV2 Sportwear

So far I have placed 3 different orders of different sizes with EV2 Sportswear, and all have been a smooth, professional and friendly experience. What's more, the product is of the highest quality, and every person I've been in contact with has consistently provided exemplary service to ensure that the bespoke design i had provided (I did not use their online kit creator) was scrupulously respected. Additionally, the rates offered are incredibly reasonable for a customized product of this quality, even for the minimum order size. This is a professional connection of the highest standard and I plan on making several additional orders in the future.

if i could give a zero star i would!!! For your own sanity avoid this company at all costs. I can not begin to tell you the problems i have experienced with them. The customer service is shocking, we paid for our goods in February and we told expected delivery would be 4 - 6 weeks. we finally received our almost completed order 7 MONTHS later. PLease take a look at what EV2 think is acceptable personalisation. This is by far the worst company i have ever had the misfortune of dealing with, as a voluneteer for a youth sports club i have spent hours and hours of my own time trying to get the problems sorted. I have today received a refund for some of the goods I returned to them, this was only after i took advice for trading standards, but i am still missing items and have never been offered any kind of apology. DO NOT BELEIVE THE POSITIVE COMMENTS! They will take your money happily but then expect nothing but problems after that! AVOID AVOID AVOID.!!!

Beautiful Kit. Helpful. Attention to detail. Special thank you to Chris Gordon and Nikki Butcher. Great work throught 👏 I placed my order 9th July 2024 for a Kids team kit. Once paid for the design team produce a design for final sign off prior to manufacture. This was agreed and amended to our requirements by the 15th July (5 working days) When I ordered I checked with Chris that the lead times were as their website stated 4-6 weeks (as it was busy season for kit orders). He let me know this could be up to 8 weeks. The kit however took 6 weeks from sign off just in time for our first match this weekend. We couldn't of been happier about this. The main reason for the review is that after I placed my order I read the reviews. Those reviews made me nervous about my order. However I have been proven wrong and would like to say how fantastic their service has been. If I had a slight side note it would be that our team found the size guide a little confusing and feel that if the kits were labelled with ages it would of been more helpful.
