It's a lovely place to stay, you get free tea coffee, biscuits, bottled water all complimentary. Beds. I slept fine my partner didn't. The rooms looked clean but closer inspection there are cobwebs allover the place, a feather dusters is all it needs. There is an old hotel smell and vibe/decor. £60 for the night was a bargain

I booked 2 days here and was really looking forward to it. Due to a death in family the day before, I could not go. I rang hotel to explain and was offered no refund though I would have been happy with choosing another date. I was told it was out of the question and that was that. Disappointed to say the least

One of the worst hotels I've stayed in! No breakfast or evening meals served. They offer a cheap porridge pot and croissant for breakfast, unless you are starving, don't bother. The bed was broken and springs pushing through. Shower broken. No toilet seat lid. Dirty with an unpleasant odour. And rather unhelpful staff! I was booked in for three nights but left after the first.

Absolutely horrendous. We were allocated a room, room 25, which was run down. Looking at the reviews, it seemed like a really nice hotel. We walked into the room, note, there's exaggeration here and photos are shown to prove it. We counted 10 spiders in the room. Spoke to the receptionist and she said find a way to take them out. The staff were not helpful, it's the worst hotel I've been to. The management has refused to do any sort of refund as they think the room is livable.

Great place to stay and professional staff. Most of all food is amazing. Loved this place in my short stay. Highly recommended.
