I’ve been into this venue a couple of times now and it just didn’t feel like a friendly atmosphere and I felt that the staff seemed to be just looking after their friends. It also seemed to have a strong smell of cannabis especially near the toilets which really put me off as I’m not a drug user I will in future take my money elsewhere to play the slot machines Avoid this place at all costs there are much better venues round the corner
The new management that is really bad the new Indian manager who is disgusting manners and bad behaviour I'm not happy to be coming here again it used to be my favourite place the stuff members are really kind apart from the manager who is behaving with the rude manners as using his position Isaac manager on this side by disrespect customers who's coming to enjoy the time Been in there...
Pity we need slots for a town in decline with no money, no shops. Lots of undesirables mooching around . The smell of botanicals everywhere but not a planter in sight. The place is so bad even the job centre has closed down with a note on the door saying contact your case worker Got to give it 5 for trying
I thought Merkur slots was bad, but this place don’t deserves even for one star, definitely last time there, no worth it at all.
Well appointed, clean and the staff are always friendly and obliging.
