Great setup, friendly staff and recently upgraded hardware so you can play GSPro courses like Augusta and Wolf Creek. Highly recommended either for solo practice or a laugh with the lads. Tip: if using Foresight for practice, create an account on FSX live and login each time to preserve and monitor your stats, join online contests and basically make things a bit more fun! 🏌♂️⛳️
Great Golf simulator. Room all to yourself. Staff helpful with setup if you've never been before and loads of courses to choose from. The price is also very reasonable compared to some other simulators.
Booked a session for fathers day. Day before the session they called to say the machine was broken, although they were hoping it would be fixed the following day before our booking. It wasn't and so they asked us to reschedule which wasn't possible as my Dad doesn't live locally, and so I asked for a refund and we would book again when we had sorted out a new date in a few months. They agreed to this. This was all fine and I would have given 4 or 5 stars up to now for a review. However, it has taken over 3 months to get a refund after multiple calls and promises from them. All of which they failed to deliver on and only provided a new future date when I chased them up and actually managed to speak to somebody. They don't pick up answer machine messages or if they do they ignore them, nor reply to emails. I've only subsequently got the refund after I raised a dispute through my credit card. So if you book and the machine is working you may be fine but otherwise their customer sevice is shocking and I won't be using them again, and will be traveling to a different supplier further away when we want to use one.
3 of us went on Saturday 21st October, chap who showed us simulator was great and club captain took an interest in us.Simulator was fantastic and have no doubt we will go again. Credit where credit is due-
